PlatformUse cases

Deliver on time, cut changeovers and catch every deviation.

Zentio checks every promised date, sequences orders to cut changeovers and flags each deviation the moment it appears. Each use case below shows how, in two steps: what comes in and what Zentio does next.

Outcomes

  1. On-time delivery

Every date checked before you promise it

  2. Productivity

Fewer changeovers, the lowest-cost routing and no job waiting on one person

  3. Resilience

Every deviation flagged, every response tested and know-how that stays

  4. Time saved

Routine checks and simulations taken on by agents

  5. Data quality

Planned times checked against every actual run

How early can we ship this rush order?

Zentio checks the new order against everything already committed and finds the earliest date that keeps every promise. You see the sequence behind that date before you confirm it to the customer.

Illustrative Friday schedule, 08:00 to 16:00. CNC 02 runs MO-000201 from 08:00 to 10:00, MO-000202 from 10:00 to 14:00 and MO-000203 from 14:00 to 16:00. CNC 03 is not staffed. Inspection checks MO-000198 from 08:00 to 10:00. The next free slot puts MO-000412 on Monday: CNC 02 from 08:00 to 10:00, inspection from 10:00 to 12:00.

Can we build this new product by the customer’s date?

Upload the cost estimate from Excel. Zentio plans the new operations into the current schedule as a scenario and shows the finish date and the orders it would move, before you quote.

Which BOM and routing should this order run on?

When an order can run on more than one material or machine, Zentio costs every production variant against the current plan. It recommends the one with the fewest setups and the lowest cost that still meets every date.

Where is every order right now?

Machine signals and terminal entries place every order at its station in the Agentic Twin, Zentio’s dynamic model of your factory. Zentio flags the waits no status light shows and the delivery dates they put at risk.

  • Productivity

Are the times we plan with still right?

The master data agent compares planned times with what machines and terminals report. It learns from the changes your team approves and proposes each correction with the evidence behind it.

Can anyone else set up this job?

Zentio keeps your setup technicians’ know-how in a knowledge graph, so a job no longer waits for one person. Your team confirms every entry, and whoever runs the job gets the answer at the terminal.

What changes if this machine is unavailable today?

Zentio finds every operation the machine was due to run and replans around it the moment the change comes in. Your team approves the new plan and any replacement before anything moves on the floor.

Questions about getting started.

Which use case should we start with?

Start with the problem that costs you most today, such as late deliveries, long changeovers or plans built on outdated times. The evaluation covers one area and one question, and you decide on the rollout after reviewing the results.

Does each use case need its own setup?

No. Every use case works from the same Agentic Twin, so the orders, machines and calendars you connect once serve all of them.

How do we see the effect on our outcomes?

Zentio reports on-time rate, utilization, stops and their cost from your own data, week by week, so you see the effect in numbers.

Does Zentio change the plan on its own?

Only at the autonomy level you choose. Every change Zentio prepares in these use cases is a proposal or a draft version, and your team decides what reaches the floor.

Where is our data hosted, and which AI models can we use?

Zentio stores your data in Germany, or in another region if you prefer, and is GDPR compliant. Zentio works with all common large language models, or with one you host yourself. Your data is never used to train the models. Your team decides which data Zentio reads.

Bring your toughest operational challenge.
