Zen monitors how the work actually runs and records what it learns: alternative routings, real setup and cycle times, the directives your planners follow and the skills your team builds. Your team confirms each entry before any Zentio agent works with it.

Spots a routing that ran differently.
When an order runs on a different machine or in a different sequence than planned, Zen records the deviation, asks why and compares the result with the standard routing. Your team decides whether it was a one-off, an alternative or the better routing.

Keeps planned times true to the floor.
Zen compares the setup and cycle times in your master data with every recorded run. When the actual times drift, the master data agent proposes the measured value with its evidence.

Turns the way your planners decide into directives.
When planners correct the plan the same way again and again, Zen drafts the rule behind it, such as aluminum before steel on CNC 02. Once your team confirms it, every new plan follows it.

Zen records who ran which work center and with what result. Once the supervised runs are complete, it proposes the next qualification level for the shift lead to confirm.

Everything Zen records goes into the knowledge graph inside the Agentic Twin, linked to the machines, materials, orders and people it is about. The scheduling, workforce and master data agents plan with it, and Zen names the rule or run behind each answer.
Planners, shift leads and operators set the rules and make the decisions Zen brings to them.
Ask Zen
Zen answers questions, handles routine work within the rules you set and asks your team for every decision beyond them.
Specialist agents
They do the work behind each answer: scheduling, scenarios, staffing or master data.
Agentic Twin
It holds everything from machine states to the rules your team confirms.
Your systems
Your ERP, MES, machines and Excel files stay in place and feed the Agentic Twin with orders, routings and machine states.
Three steps, repeated with every change.
Each pass leaves the Agentic Twin more precise.
01
Understand
Zen reads the Agentic Twin to show what changed, which delivery dates are at risk and where you lose time and capacity. Each answer keeps recorded facts apart from assumptions.

Questions about knowledge management.
What does Zen record?
Four kinds of knowledge: alternative routings your team ran, actual setup and cycle times, the directives your planners follow and the skills people build. Each entry is linked to the machine, material, order or person it is about.
Does our team have to enter knowledge by hand?
No. Zen learns from terminal entries, machine signals and plan corrections and asks your team only to confirm. Your team can also add rules of thumb and documents such as setup sheets directly.
Who decides what becomes a rule?
Your team. Every entry has a source and an owner, and a rule only takes effect once your team confirms it.
How does it improve the other areas?
The knowledge graph is part of the Agentic Twin, the dynamic model that the assistant, planning and scheduling, the shop floor and workforce all work from. A confirmed directive applies to every new plan, and a confirmed setup time to every schedule.
What happens when an experienced colleague leaves?
What Zen recorded from their work stays in the graph with its source, so whoever takes over works from the same knowledge.
Where is our know-how stored, and which AI models read it?
Zentio stores your data in Germany, or in another region if you prefer, and is GDPR compliant. Zentio works with all common large language models, or with one you host yourself. Your data is never used to train the models. Your team decides which documents Zentio reads.
