Build a frontier manufacturing organization.

Understand what changed, see your options and put the next move into action. Zentio is the agentic manufacturing OS: one dynamic system from the shop floor to every decision, with agents that work alongside your team.

Illustrative example: you ask whether a rush order fits into Friday’s schedule without delaying existing commitments. Zen reads Friday’s plan for CNC 02, checks the 3 existing commitments and simulates 3 sequences, then answers that it fits if the sequence changes: MO-000412 runs on CNC 02 from 10:00 and is ready at 14:00, and all 3 commitments stay on time. Zen prepares draft v41 for you to review.

Decide with the impact in mind. Every option shows its effect on your shop floor and KPIs.

Understand

Everything your operations run on. Every team works from the same live picture, so a change in one place reaches every other.

Assistant

Answers your questions and handles routine work.

Ask Zen in plain language about any order or machine, automate recurring work and get reports and live status.

Planning and scheduling

Plans every order with its cost in view.

Detailed schedules, capacity plans months ahead and the financial metrics behind each, compared before you commit.

Shop floor

Connects every machine and terminal, so your planned times match the floor.

Machine states arrive from your MES and over OPC UA, and operators report progress at the terminal. The master data agent compares planned times with what the floor reports back and proposes corrections to setup times, standard times and routings.

Workforce

Staffs every shift with qualified people.

Rosters follow the production plan and the qualification matrix stays ready for every audit.

Knowledge management

Learns from every decision and correction, and keeps the knowledge when people leave.

Zentio picks up the unwritten rules your planners follow, applies your team’s fixed rules to every plan and shows the reasoning behind each proposal. A learned rule only takes effect once your team confirms it.

The Agentic Twin: your factory as one dynamic model. Agents read, analyze, learn from and update it.

At the core of Zentio sits the Agentic Twin, which continuously mirrors your machines, people, materials, orders and knowledge. Specialist agents share it to schedule work, staff shifts, keep master data precise and explain what changed.

Inside the Agentic Twin
  1. Your team

Planners, shift leads and operators set the rules and make the decisions Zen brings to them.

  2. Ask Zen

Zen answers questions, handles routine work within the rules you set and asks your team for every decision beyond them.

  3. Specialist agents

They do the work behind each answer: scheduling, scenarios, staffing or master data.

  4. Agentic Twin

It holds everything from machine states to the rules your team confirms.

  5. Your systems

Your ERP, MES, machines and Excel files stay in place and feed the Agentic Twin with orders, routings and machine states.

Three steps, repeated with every change.

Each pass leaves the Agentic Twin more precise.

  1. Understand

Zen reads the Agentic Twin to show what changed, which delivery dates are at risk and where you lose time and capacity. Each answer keeps recorded facts apart from assumptions.

  2. Decide

The agents compare your options with their cost, test each one against likely disruptions and draft the next move for your team to approve.

  3. Learn

Stop reasons, actual times and the rules your team confirms flow back into the Agentic Twin. The master data agent proposes new planned times when the actuals drift.

Your team sets the rules. The agents work within them.

Priorities, directives, scenario comparison and a release step keep every change under control.

  1. 1

    Set the priorities.

Rank on-time delivery, overtime and changeovers, then name the customers that come first. The agents weigh every option against them, so a disruption gets the answer your team would give.

  2. 2

Set directives for the weeks ahead.

Pin a sequence, a machine or a release date for any week ahead, and every new plan respects it. Zen also drafts directives from your team’s decisions and sends you each one to confirm.

  3. 3

    Compare scenarios.

See on-time rate, utilization and cost side by side before a scenario goes live.

  4. 4

    Release when ready.

Send the active version to the floor up to the horizon you choose, early enough for setup and material staging. Shift leads confirm it at the terminal or flag what stands in the way.

Questions before you start.

What is Zentio?

Zentio is the agentic manufacturing OS. The assistant, planning and scheduling, the shop floor, workforce and knowledge management run as one system on the Agentic Twin, a dynamic model of your machines, people, materials and orders, with agents that work alongside your team.

What makes Zentio an operating system?

Every area of Zentio works from the Agentic Twin and shares the same agents. A stop recorded at a terminal updates the schedule, the roster, the cost figures and the answers Zen gives, and a rule your team confirms applies everywhere at once.

Does Zentio plan and schedule production?

Yes, as one area of the system. Detailed planning and scheduling share the Agentic Twin with the shop floor, workforce and knowledge management, and Zentio checks every proposal against your orders, machines, people and materials before it reaches your team.

Does Zentio change our plan without asking us?

Only within the limits you set. You decide who approves changes and which workflows are in scope, and Zentio asks your team for every decision beyond those limits.

Which systems does Zentio work with?

Zentio connects to ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Proalpha and abas and receives machine states from your MES and over OPC UA. It imports and exports Excel and CSV files, reads CAD data and links documents such as work instructions and shift notes to the machines, materials and orders they describe. During your evaluation, we confirm the connection method and update frequency for each system.

Where is our data hosted, and which AI models does Zentio use?

Zentio stores your data in Germany, or in another region if you prefer, and is GDPR compliant. Zentio works with all common large language models, or with one you host yourself. Your data is never used to train the models. Your team decides which data Zentio reads.

What do we need to get started?

One operational question and the data behind it: orders, resources, routings and shift calendars for the area you choose.

Bring your toughest operational challenge.
