Make room for every promotion.

Many products share the same few lines, promotions bring peaks and no run starts without its packaging. Zentio is the agentic manufacturing OS: its agents test each promotion against your line capacity, surface the time that changeovers and short stops cost you and draft every plan and roster for your sign-off.

Upturned glass reservoirs of amber and clear fragrance oils feed a filling machine through valves and thin tubes.
Illustrative example: Zen checks whether the shower gel promo pack still makes the retailer’s date when its cartons arrive late.

Promotions and launches compete with your regular range. For line time, setup technicians and crews.

Your retail orders sit in the ERP, and your setup matrix often lives in Excel. Zentio reads both and receives line states from your MES or, on lines without one, straight from the machines.

  1. Planning and scheduling

Orders and forecasts move faster than you can replan.

Retailers confirm promotion volumes late and the printed packaging often arrives only days before the run. Each short delivery counts against your service level.

The scheduling agent replans when a quantity changes or packaging arrives late. It shows which delivery dates hold before your planner approves the draft.

  2. Long-term planning

You book capacity for the season before retailers order.

For gift sets and seasonal products, you reserve lines and crews months ahead on a forecast. When retailers then order more or less than expected, capacity runs short or sits idle.

Zentio sets demand against each line’s capacity, month by month. It shows what a Saturday shift or upskilled operators would cost before you commit.

  3. Shift planning

In peak weeks, your setup technicians become the bottleneck.

Only your own setup technicians can change a line over. Agency workers fill the gaps and each one needs safety training first.

Zentio plans every shift from the production schedule and proposes a setup technician for each changeover. It flags any agency worker whose safety training is still pending.

  4. Shop floor

Changeovers overrun and short stops add up.

The labeler keeps stopping and the next run starts late. The plan still shows it on time.

Zentio reads each line’s state and asks for the stop reason at the terminal, so your planner sees the delay at once. The master data agent proposes new changeover times when the actuals drift.

Plan a promotion week on three filling lines. The line schedule first, then the people to run it.

Fits the promo pack into Wednesday’s late shift.

The scheduling agent moves the regular shower gel into the early shift and places the promo pack right after it, so only the pack changes. The plan stays a draft until you approve it.

  • Changeover times taken from your setup matrix
  • Moved runs highlighted in the draft
  • Delivery dates checked for each order

Staffs every shift the promotion week needs.

Zentio proposes a setup technician for the promo pack changeover and flags the agency worker whose safety training is still pending. The roster goes live only when you publish it.

  • Headcount per line, shift and qualification
  • Safety training with validity dates
  • Extra shifts only where the plan needs them

The Agentic Twin: every product in one model. With the lines, people and packaging each one needs.

The Agentic Twin is a dynamic model of your lines, products, packaging, people and orders. Your changeover rules and your setup technicians’ experience sit in its knowledge graph. Specialist agents work from that model to draft every plan, from the run sequence to the roster.

Inside the Agentic Twin
  1. Your team

Planners, shift leads and operators set the rules and make the decisions Zen brings to them.

  2. Ask Zen

Zen answers questions, handles routine work within the rules you set and asks your team for every decision beyond them.

  3. Specialist agents

They do the work behind each answer: scheduling, scenarios, staffing or master data.

  4. Agentic Twin

It holds everything from machine states to the rules your team confirms.

  5. Your systems

Your ERP, MES, machines and Excel files stay in place and feed the Agentic Twin with orders, routings and machine states.

Three steps, repeated with every change.

Each pass leaves the Agentic Twin more precise.

  1. Understand

Zen reads the Agentic Twin to show what changed, which delivery dates are at risk and where you lose time and capacity. Each answer keeps recorded facts apart from assumptions.

Questions from plants like yours.

Can Zentio read our retail orders?

Yes. Zentio reads them from your ERP as sales orders, along with your routings and resources. During your evaluation, we confirm how often they sync and how EDI orders and promotion forecasts reach Zentio.

Does Zentio replace our ERP or MES?

No. Your ERP stays the system of record for orders and your MES, if you run one, for confirmations. Zentio adds terminals and screens at your lines and writes changes back only along a path you agree on with us.

Where are our promotion forecasts hosted, and which language model reads them?

Zentio stores your data in Germany, or in another region if you prefer, and is GDPR compliant. ISO 27001 certification and the TISAX assessment are in progress. Zentio works with all common large language models, or with one you host yourself. Your data is never used to train the models. Your team decides which orders and forecasts Zentio reads.

Most of our lines run without an MES. Does Zentio still work?

Yes. Zentio connects to machines with an OPC UA interface, and your team records each run and the reason for every stop at the terminal. During your evaluation, we confirm the signals and the connection for each line.

What do we need to get started?

Bring one question, such as whether next month’s promotions fit on your lines. Add the data behind it: retail orders, routings, your setup matrix and shift calendars.

Bring your toughest operational challenge.
